Sticky Drumsticks (Crock-Pot)

2-4lbs chicken drumsticks
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2-3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp garlic powder
8 oz can tomato sauce

*The original recipe calls for the skin to be taken off the chicken legs, but I forgot.  So instead of "sticky" chicken, it just had a really yummy sauce.

*Place all chicken in Crock-Pot.

*Mix soy sauce, sugar and tomato sauce and pour evenly over chicken.

*Cook on low for 8 hours.  Chicken just falls off the bone, so it takes a spoon or a very careful set of tongs to get them out!!

Mmm....Homemade Crab Rangoons

This is my very favorite thing when we go eat Chinese, and I found a recipe that's pretty good!!!

1 (8 oz.) package crabmeat
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1 pkg. won ton skins
1-2tsp sugar {I didn't add it this time, but would suggest it, they are a little bland w/o it}
Vegetable oil for deep frying (I used my FryDaddy)

*Heat oil to 375*.

*Finely chop crab meat.

*In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, onion, Worcestershire, garlic and soy sauce sugar(optional).

*Mix in crab meat. (This will be thick and lumpy)

*Place one teaspoon filling in the center of each won ton skin. Moisten edges with water. Fold each skin in half to form a triangle; press edges to seal.

*Deep fry several won tons at a time, turning once, until both sides are golden brown.
