1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1tsp baking powder
1tsp vanilla
1lg can Hershey syrup
*Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, flour, baking powder, vanilla and syrup.
*Pour into a 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or til done.
FROSTING:
1 cup chocolate chips
2Tbsp butter
1 egg yolk
1.5 cup powder sugar
1/4 cup milk
Put all in a pan and stir til chocolate is melted. Spread over cake.
